When will I be notified about Portrait Day?

New England School Portraits will provide you with a Portrait Day notification 2-3 weeks prior to Portrait Day. This flyer includes package and pricing information along with an attached order form envelope. Your school may also include Portrait Day information in its newsletter or school website.

How quickly are finished portraits returned?

Your child’s photographs are typically be mailed directly home approximately three weeks after Portrait Day. Some schools choose to
have them delivered to the school.

What if I don’t like my child’s fall school portrait?

At New England School Portraits, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, return your fall portraits on Retake Day and we will re-photograph free of charge. If you are not pleased with your retake photographs, we’ll gladly refund your money.

What if my child is absent or sick on fall Portrait Day?

Your child will have a second opportunity to be photographed on Retake Day. Your school will notify students of Retake Day. Or, for more
information, contact us.

What if my child forgets their form on picture day?

No Problem! More than likely, your child was still photographed for school records. Mail your order form directly to the Studio, and we
will fulfill your order.

What if I receive the incorrect package?

If the package you received is incorrect, we’ll gladly remedy the situation. Contact the Studio immediately 781.272.4700

What forms of payment are accepted?

Personal checks or money orders are preferred, though cash is also accepted.

I didn’t order enough portraits. Can I get more?

Absolutely. Simply follow the instructions on the reorder form in your portrait envelope.

Can I get a copyright release on my child’s photograph?

YES! New England School Portraits offers a Digital Portrait CD which includes your child's photograph along with full rights to the image.
