Q. What comes with my session?
A. The Basic, Senior and Ultimate sessions include time and photography only. If you have paid the $100 deposit, a proof book & order form will be mailed to your home 7 to 10 days after your session for viewing and ordering purposes. You will be able to purchase portrait packages and the proof book for an additional fee.
Q. May I keep my proofs?
A. YES! Your proof book is included with any order of $130.00 or more. If you do not reach this amount, you may purchase your book for $100.00
Q. I haven’t received my proof book in the mail and it’s been more than 2 weeks! What should I do?
A. Please call 781.272.4700 and speak with a representative. Verify that we have the correct address and we will resend the proofs if they are not already in the mail.
Q.When am I going to get my portrait order back?
A. Portrait orders take 4-6 weeks to finish.
Q. What are the prices for the portraits?
A. The prices range from a few dollars to thousands of dollars depending on what you want to purchase. We sell individual photographs, but our packages are your best value. You will receive an order form when you receive your proofs in the mail (if you paid your deposit on or before the day of your session) or when you come in to view your proofs.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.
Q. Is there a deposit required to place an order?
A. A 50% minimum deposit is required. Payments by Visa/MC must be paid in full.
Q. Can I take pictures with a friend?
A. You are welcome to invite a friend to take some shots with you if you are getting the Senior or Ulitimate Session.
Q. Do you do make-up?
A. No. Come to your appointment with hair and make-up done. We have dressing rooms for touch up when you get here.
Q. How long do you keep pictures?
A. We keep Senior Portrait photos on file for two years.
Q. How long do I have to order a package?
A. We will keep your portraits on file for two years. If you placed a deposit, it is always applicable towards an order. A request for refund of your deposit, however, will only be accepted within 30 days of when the deposit was placed.
Q. Do you do digital retouching?
A.Yes! Retouching such as removing skin blemishes and lines is no charge. More extensive retouching on tan lines, braces, hair, etc. will be an additional charge.
Do you supply cap and gowns?
A. Yes! We have your shcool's colors as well as the correct tassel.
Can I bring my own props?
A. Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your own, so that your portraits are a reflection of you.

How much is the deposit?
A. The deposit is $100.00 to take your proof book out of the studio. This deposit will be applied toward your future purchases. Your deposit will never expire, and it may always be applied toward a puchase. A request for refund of your deposit, however, will only be accepted within 30 days of when the deposit was placed.
Can I get an Additional proof book?
A. Yes! Additional proof books are $50.00
Do you take family portraits?
A. We do! We can photograph groups of up to 25 people. Call the studio for more information.
